Scientist looking for a sociable flatshare

Hi, I'm Martin, 30, from Switzerland and currently working as a research fellow in public health sciences at a university in central London. I usually go to the office, but sometimes I work from home as well. I've lived in a shared apartment in Switzerland for 5 years and value a relaxed atmosphere amongst flatmates and well-kept communal areas.

What I'm looking for:
- Move in between 20 June and 31 August 2026
- Max 1400+bills per month
- Furnished room (at least bed, wardrobe, table and chair)
- Max 45 minutes with public transport to Tottenham Court Road
- Friendly flatmates that are up for common activities like cooking dinner together
- A flat that is kept clean and tidy
