En suite or studio

Hi all,

I am a working professional, kitesurf, hike and jazz enthusiast working around walnut tree area (MK7) and I would like to rent an en suite room (without carpet) or a studio in near walnut tree.

(Please kindly note I am allergic to carpets or pets so looking for a place without these)

My max budget is (including all bills)

500-800 for an en suite
1000 for a studio

I dont drive, so I would love a place to be able to cycle from or walking distance to Walnut tree area. Also happy to consider central milton keynes if there is easy bus access.
