Friendly professional seeking flat-share

Hi everyone!

I’m a friendly 38 year old project professional seeking a flat-share in/around NE London.

I work in central London and spend most of my week in the office, working 1 or 2 days at most from home, so I need to so good transport links into central London are important to me.

Outside of work, I love to travel and am always planning or at least thinking about my next trip. I enjoy socialising, eating good food, going on walks, swimming and ice skating. I also love all things arts, including theatre, architecture, and fashion, enjoy visiting the odd museum and love to design and make clothing.

I am newly single and moving to London for the first time so am really looking for a welcoming place to start a fresh chapter, find where I belong, and hopefully make some good friends along the way.

Looking for a home rather than just a room to rent. After a relaxed, sociable
atmosphere, I’m happy in my own space and respect other’s space, but equally enjoy a chat over dinner or to go for a drink or a walk.

I'm clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces, a non-smoker, and have no pets.

Available to move anytime from beginning July.
