31, & my cocker spaniel Hank 🐾

A little bit about me: im matt 31 gay single guy, I work in insurance sales and have a stable full-time job with a fantastic income. My working pattern can vary, with some longer days and occasional split shifts during the week, so I tend to keep fairly busy and have a structured routine.

I previously lived in London and am now looking to move back for work and commuting reasons. While renting in the meantime, I’m also saving towards buying my own property in the future, so I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home rather than just a temporary place to stay.

I also have a very friendly and well-behaved Cocker Spaniel called Hank. He’s a huge part of my life, is fully house-trained, and is used to living in shared accommodation and around other people. He’s calm, sociable, and spends much of the day relaxing while I’m at work. Hank might not always be here as I am looking to do some extended holidays for him at my parents as there gutted he's joining the London life ✌️.

I’m clean, respectful, and considerate of the people I live with. I enjoy a quiet home environment, keep communal areas tidy, and am looking for a place where I can settle for the longer term.

I'm a wizard in the kitchen too so be sure to see me cooking up a storm a lot of the time. My favourite is a Sunday roast and a bottle of red wine 💁🏽‍♂️.

The room looks fantastic and seems like it would be a great fit for both Hank and me. I’d love the opportunity to come and view it if it’s still available.
