Guy looking for clean double room

I’m 57 male, normal and easy going (i’ve been told), 'presentable'. I’ve worked for myself for 20+ years, from home, via internet/design; very quiet, no phone calls or other disruptions, just need fast internet. I’m now semi retired due to a health issue. Totally solvent.

I’ve lived in Poole last 7 years in 1 house, which landlord is selling, and need to vacate end of june. But i had my own house for 12 years in Ensbury park, and have an allotment not far from there, so that area would really suit me. I am generally quiet, clean & tidy, considerate non-smoker. And just have 1 friend come round (when she’s here), but no stay overs.

The room should have decent storage, ie robe(s), drawers, the more the better. no car spot required. House should be clean, presentable/good condition, quiet in pm's, include heating & hot water/bills, not 'smelly'. I would say i'm looking shorter term, but current house was meant to be for a few months and it's 6 years later now (landlord selling house hence looking).
