Hi,

We are 3 clean, respectful, and responsible men looking to move in together.

We are open to:

* A **large bedroom** in an existing house that can comfortably accommodate all three of us.
* A **studio or 1-bedroom flat** suitable for the three of us.
* Any property where the landlord is happy to rent to three occupants.

**Our budget:** Up to **£1,100 per month, including all bills.**

We are all working/studying, keep the property clean, pay rent on time, and will treat your home with respect. We are looking for a long-term stay if possible.
