Seeking room between Worthing & Brighton

Hi I'm Gem, I'm 41 and I'm looking for a room for myself and my senior cat Ham Sandwich, 14. He's well behaved, very chill, a big sleeper, and is happy to be mostly confined to my room - he is harness trained and I take him for walks!
I'm very experienced living in sharehouses, I'm flexible on moving dates - looking to commence around the start of September. I am open ended when it comes to rental period.
I grew up in Worthing, but I've been living in Melbourne Australia for the last 17 years. My parents are still in Worthing, and I've moved back for a while to spend time with them.
I have been a professional tattoo artist in Melbourne for 11 years - I work partially from home and partially from tattoo studios in London and Brighton. I have a guarantor and savings. I also receive Universal Credit under the self employment pathway which is helping me establish my business here, which guarantees my rent is paid.
