Looking for flatmate(s) & a flat

Toronto girl relocating to London - looking for a great flat and a great flatmate(s)!

I’m Sofiya, 30, moving to London in September for work. Outside of the 9-5 (more like 8-6) I’m into running, pilates, concerts, travel, reading, good food and going out when the mood strikes. I love hosting on weekends - dinner, drinks, people over - but I’m equally happy with a quiet weeknight in.

I’m easy to live with - clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces but also big extrovert, so happy to hang when we’re both home. Looking for someone with a similar vibe: up for a spontaneous glass of wine on a Thursday but also gets that sometimes you just want your own space.

Quick practicalities: no smoking and I’m allergic to cats so that’s a hard no on the furry flatmates unfortunately. Own bathroom is a must for me, and a balcony or outdoor space would be lovely. Otherwise I’m pretty flexible.
