Friendly, outgoing student seeking room near UofD!

Hello, my name is Bri, and I am 22. I'm moving to Dundee in the fall to get my master's degree. I was planning on moving early/mid-September since my program starts later in the month. I am looking for a brighter space, already furnished. Depending on the house size(number of roommates), it would be nice to have more than one bathroom. As for roommates, I'm okay living with both men and women. I would like to live among fellow students just so we have similar schedules, but this is not a must. I would also prefer an lgbtq friendly space. I am okay with pets, but I am allergic to cats, so they would have to be hypoallergenic. As for myself, I like to keep myself really busy. I plan on getting a job as soon as I get over there, so I will be splitting my time between school work and that, as well as research for my thesis. I am not a big drinker ( I drink maybe once or twice a month), this was because I was an athlete at my last university, and now I go to the gym, (but I'm always down for a night on the town every once in a while!) I love a night in. I am a big reader and love watching crime shows. When sharing spaces, I am not a messy person. Within my room its normally "organized messy" things like paperwork/files, albums, and clothes. I am not a vegetarian, but I do not eat beef and only some types of pork products (personal preference ). I am from the States, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. One of my friends is also doing her master's in the fall, and while we aren't expecting to live together, if you do have two rooms, I can also give her contact information as well.
