Hi, I'm Abbie!

My name is Abbie, and I'm a 24-year-old professional moving to London this July to start a full-time role! I'll be working as a marketing and internal communications assistant based in central London (on £30k salary), and am looking for a lovely place to call home.

I will be working on a hybrid schedule, meaning I'll be in the office 3 days a week, and working quietly from my bedroom the other 2 days. Because of this, I'll need a bedroom that has a desk/could fit one so I don't take over any communal spaces during the day!

I lead a pretty quiet lifestyle, as I don't drink or go clubbing. I am a non-smoker and don't have any pets. I really value a home that is clean, tidy, peaceful and well looked after. But! While I enjoy downtime and respect everyone's need for personal space, I'm very friendly and love a good chat, a movie night, or a trip to the theatre.

What I'm looking for
Budget: Up to £1,300 per month (including bills)
Location: Within walking distance of Angel, Old Street or the surrounding areas for an easy commute.
Move-in date: Looking to move in the weekend 11th-12th July, but I can be a flexible.

I can provide a reference from my previous landlord, and have a guarantor in case needed.
