Oslo to London professional for room start August

Me:
I’m originally from Taiwan/Denmark and currently based in Oslo, Norway. I moved to Scandinavia at a very young age so I speak English, Danish, Taiwanese, Mandarin, and a bit of Norwegian. I am transferring to London for work near Bond Street, so I’m looking for a flat-share with a decent commute to central London. I'm currently single and is part of the LGBTQ+ community (gay, he/him) so looking for an open-minded and inclusive/welcoming household.

Routine:
I am a full-time working professional and my working schedule are quite decent with shifts from 10am - 6pm or 14 am - 10pm and usually head to the gym right after daily. My work is decent in stock management sector and is quite stable in terms of work schedule.

Habits:
I am clean, respectful, easygoing and used to living with others. I like keeping shared spaces very tidy and very considerate about noise, privacy and people’s routines.

Personality:
I am both sociable and also can be private depending on the roommate's personality and vibes. I'm very open-minded, friendly, and always happy to chat, watch movies together and have a homey vibe together. Or, I also enjoy a calm home and respect personal space.

Looking for:
Ideally, I am looking for a furnished room with bathroom sharing hopefully with one or en-suit is best. Transport best links to Bond Street within around 30–45 minutes. Bills included would be ideal, but I’m also happy with clear estimates as long as the rent does not exceed £1100 to 1300. Looking to move around 1st of August to early September. But for really matching housing, I would not mind securing the housing first with a bit earlier move-in time.

I can provide proof of employment and/or my Right to Rent share code.
