Hi! We're Xinru and Hannah, two international postgraduate students based in Edinburgh. we're both looking for a comfortable, friendly place to live from late August through to December.
We're clean, respectful, and genuinely easy to live with — we keep the shared spaces tidy, respect quiet hours, and enjoy a relaxed home environment.
We understand that as international students we don't have a UK guarantor, and we're fully prepared to pay all rent upfront for the entire tenancy to give you complete peace of mind.
We're looking for a place where we can settle in quickly and look after it as if it were our own. References available on request.
