Need a room plzz

Hey I'm sam and I want to move out of my flat in bruntsfield because there's just to many mantanince issues lol (the flat is basically falling apart and my landlord is refusing to do anything😅)

A bit out me, I just moved over to edinburgh from Ireland in January. I got an office job recently so I'll be in the office everyday bar like weekends but I do go home to ireland a good bit when I can. I'm always down for a pint and a good natter. I'm clean and i buy most of the shared stuff in my flat right now. Im pretty chill to live with tbh.

I'm basically looking for a double bedroom in a flat anywhere around edinburgh. My flat at the moment doesn't have a sitting room and I miss one so much, so I'd like a flat with a sitting room too
