Seeks En-suite in 2B2B

I am a mature student moving to London to pursue my Master’s degree. Having worked full-time as a professional for many years, I am financially secure, highly responsible, and very reliable.

I am currently looking for:
A private en-suite room within a 2B2B (2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom) apartment.
Ideally, I am looking for a modern development with a concierge service. It would be absolutely wonderful if the room comes fully furnished with a wardrobe and a proper study desk.
Preferred locations: Areas with a convenient commute to the tube/DLR (such as Stratford E20, Canary Wharf, or Isle of Dogs E14).

A little bit about me as a flatmate:
Respectful & Quiet: I am very mindful of others, highly respect personal space and privacy, and prefer a peaceful, cozy home environment. Clean & Tidy: I love keeping common areas organized and will always clean up after myself. Friendly but independent: I am non-smoking, have no pets.
