Korean trainee patent attorney (25M) relocating to London this September —
targeting East Croydon or Addiscombe, within 15 min walk of the station.

What I'm looking for:
• En-suite or spacious double room in a clean, well-maintained house share
• Budget: £800–900/month including all bills
• Move-in: August or september 2026 (flexible by a week or two)
• Shared with 2–4 other professionals, ideally mid-20s to mid-30s

About me:
• Full-time professional — long hours in the office, quiet evenings at home
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Non-smoker, no pets, no drama
• References available from current landlord
• Korean (fluent English) — familiar with UK life via Durham University

When I'm not working, I'm at the gym, cooking, or exploring London.
I value a home that's peaceful during the week but social enough for
the occasional dinner or drink together.

I'll be in London for viewings 11–20 July and ready to place a holding deposit
on the right place during that trip.
