Final year student, near Newcastle Uni campus

Hi! I'm a final-year chemical engineering student at Newcastle University, looking for two room house/flat or two spare rooms for me and my housemate (both entering masters year). The 2026/27 academic year (September to June/July). Ideally somewhere close to the main campus like Sandyford, Jesmond, or city centre would be perfect. Budget is around £130–160 per week, bills included preferred but flexible. I'm tidy, easy to live with, and happy in a shared house.
