Looking for a en-suite double room or a buddie-up

Hi!

I am looking for an en-suite double room or a buddy-up arrangement to rent a flat or house together. I am flexible with moving dates this summer. I currently rent on my own, but I find the costs quite high, so I would love to share expenses with someone like-minded.

Ideally, I am looking for a long-term, good-quality flat or house where I can have my own bathroom. I would prefer to share with someone aged 30 or over, although I am flexible if the right person comes along.

I am hoping to move to areas near Manchester Victoria Station, or to Oldham, Failsworth, or Rochdale, as they all offer an easy commute to Oldham, where I work.

Originally from Spain, I have been living in England for many years. I work full-time as a secondary school teacher and would describe myself as sociable, easy-going, reliable, and very tidy and clean. I enjoy a peaceful lifestyle and value a quiet, relaxed home environment and an LGBTQ+ friendly household.

I am respectful of other people’s space and privacy, but I also enjoy good company and would be happy to share the occasional meal, coffee, or activity if it happens naturally. I have a keen interest in film, music, and culture, and I always enjoy discovering new places and experiences.
