WANTED: 1 double room allowing pets

Hello! My name is Emily and I’m looking for somewhere to live for me and my cat. I’m starting a new job in Patchway in September as an apprentice and I’m looking for a room to rent. I have a 2 year old cat called Juna who has been living with me in my current shared accommodation who will be coming with me. She is an indoor cat and is friendly but not overly affectionate so she’s never in the way. I am quite a quiet person but with the right people I can be outgoing and at times a bit loud. I value personal space and largely keep myself to myself but I do like chatting around the house and going out. I’m moving from Devon so it will definitely be a change and I will need somewhere nearby to park as I’ll be commuting to work and often back home to see my family. I have a UK based guarantor, 12 months renting history and can provide a reference from my current landlord.
