(I am a young 58!). A little bit about me, I am looking to relocate to the BCP area I am a toolmaker by trade and am actively looking for work. I am currently working Together with BCP Council on trying to find a room to rent and yours looks absolutely perfect for my needs. I am meticulously clean and tidy, I enjoy nice walks, social evenings quizzes etc. I am well presented and very good mannered (humoured).
I am not sure if you would be willing to work with the Council for a while with rent payments. They will also pay a decent deposit and any monies direct to yourself.
