Hi - my girlfriend and I would be interested in a flat or double room starting September.

We are young professionals, looking for a double room (ideally en-suite) or a whole flat. We are available to move from 07/09/2026 and have a budget of £1,400 pcm.

I am currently working in consulting for startups and she is an artist/painter. We are looking for a place while we grow in our careers and maybe save up enough money to buy our own place in some years.

We would ideally be within walking distance of the A406 in Walthamstow, but are flexible - also considering Walthamstow as a whole, the East side of Tottenham around the wetlands, the south of Chingford, and the West side of Woodford/South Woodford near the forest. We also really appreciate parks and forests, so having one nearby is a great plus.
