Flat/Room needed by professional couple

Hi - my girlfriend and I would be interested in a flat or double room starting September.

We are a couple aged 25 and 26. We are looking for a double room (ideally en-suite) or a whole flat. We are available to move from 07/09/2026 and have a budget of £1,400 pcm. We are happy to share with people of any age.

I am a working professional, currently in consulting for startups and she is an artist/painter that just finished her Masters in Fine Arts. We are looking for a place while we grow in our careers and maybe save up enough money to buy our own place in some years.

We would ideally be within walking distance of Great Portland Street station, but are flexible. We also really like parks and forests, so having one nearby is a great plus.
