I am looking for a quiet studio flat for myself only. I am 34yo and work as Senior Event Planner in the City. I spend most of my day out (my job requires me to be onsite 5 days a week), so I am looking for a space away from the busy City where I can recharge my batteries :) I do not smoke and have no pets. I have a very simple life style and enjoy spending time indoors reading, watching Netflix and cooking. I would describe myself as a respectful and considerate person that would treat your house as if it was their own.
