Clean, easygoing guy looking for a Flat/Flatshare

Hi, I’m Caleb, 24, and I’m looking for a flat or house share to move into at the end of next month.

I’d describe myself as quite laid-back, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m naturally more introverted, so no stress about noise, but I’m always happy to have a chat, share a coffee, or get to know the people I live with.

I work full-time in architectural lighting design and spend a lot of my free time around design, architecture, interiors, and creative projects. Outside of that, you’ll usually find me at the gym, in a coffee shop, or listening to music.

I’m clean, tidy, financially responsible, and take pride in looking after the space I live in. I’m looking for a home with friendly, considerate people who enjoy a calm and comfortable environment.
