25M Professional seeking double en-suite room

About me:

- A friendly and responsible tenant with a great rental history
- Always willing to respect roommates, maintain cleanliness, and communicate openly.
- Currently 3-4 days a week on-site and 1-2 days WFH
- I speak English (first language) and Mandarin (second language)

🏡The home I’m looking for:

- My budget is around 1300-1500 pcm with all bills and other fees included
- En-suite or separate bathroom preferred
- Space to fit a desk in my room to WFH (ideally)
- Zone 2-3, easy to commute to Liverpool Street / St Paul’s (ideally on Elizabeth, Central, Northern, or Jubilee line)
- Preferably not too many people; 2-bed or 3-bed property maximum
- Available to move in from mid-August onwards (flexible) and stay long-term (at least 6 months)

About flatmates:

I’d prefer to live with other working professionals (preferably not fully remote). I can be sociable and enjoy a good chat when it feels natural, but I also value everyone's privacy and quiet time.
