Female professional looking for flat/ housemate

I’m a female professional in my 20s, currently based in East Molesey, looking for someone to find a property with. I need to stay commutable to Esher, so I’m focused on Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge, Surbiton, Tolworth, Chessington, Kingston, and Claygate.

Budget: up to £900 per person per month but I can increase depending on the property.

About me: I work in business admin and do hybrid working, so I’m home a few days a week. I keep the place clean, I’m sociable without being in your face about it, and I like to keep active – you’ll often find me out for a run. I’ll happily grab food or catch up over coffee, but I get that people need their own space too.

Looking for a females (preferably) professional in their 20s or 30s, non-smoker, comfortable with a WFH housemate a few days a week, and reliable and easy to communicate with.
