ISO Room to Let in September

Greetings,
My name is Renèe and I'm in search of a flat/room beginning in September. I am currently residing in an AirBnB in Brixton and am looking to begin renting a soon as possible. Looking for a single or double room, preferably furnished as i am relocating from the US. I would also prefer accommodation with all bills included in the rent. I will be working full time. I would prefer to live with nonbinary people, transmen, or women of all stripes. I'm looking for someone who is tidy and friendly. Pets don't bother me, nor do smokers so long as it's not inside the flat. A potential roommate can expect me to keep the common areas tidy and be respectful of the space. I'm not super loud or rowdy, don't smoke cigarettes and have no pets as of now. I'm LGBTQIA+ friendly and fairly progressive and would like to live with someone with similar ideals.
