My name is Renèe and I'm in search of a flat/room beginning in July. I will be arriving in London in July 5th and am looking to begin renting a soon as possible. Looking for a single or double room, preferably furnished as i am relocating from the US. I would also prefer accommodation with all bills included in the rent. I have been accepted to BIMM Met Film school to begin in September and will also be trying to work part-time. I would prefer to live with nonbinary people, transmen, or women of all stripes. I'm looking for someone who is tidy and friendly. Pets don't bother me, nor do smokers so long as it's not inside the flat. A potential roommate can expect me to keep the common areas tidy and be respectful of the space. I'm not super loud or rowdy, don't smoke cigarettes and have no pets as of now.
