Friendly Professional Looking for a Warm & Welcomi

Hi! I’m a 26-year-old professional working in a shift-based role, currently looking for a room in a friendly house share around Greenwich, Deptford, New Cross, or somewhere close to Peckham.

A little about me:

I’m easy-going, sociable, and love making the most of my time off. I enjoy travelling, trying new experiences, and spending time with friends. Recently, I’ve started learning a new language and have taken up CrossFit, although I must admit my gym attendance hasn’t been quite as consistent as I’d like! 😅

When I’m not out and about, I enjoy watching movies or shows when time allows and also appreciate having some quiet time to recharge. I think a good balance between being social and respecting each other’s space is really important.

I’m clean, organised, and take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy. I’m also a big believer in open communication and being considerate of the people I live with.

What I’m looking for:

A warm, welcoming home rather than just somewhere to sleep
Ideally sharing with 1-2 housemates
Preferably female housemates, but I’m open to male housemates too
ALL Bills included
Budget of up to £1,000 per month for the right property and location. NO weekly
Looking to move as soon as possible

I’d love to live somewhere where everyone is respectful of each other’s space but also happy to have a chat, share the occasional meal, or even head out together now and then.
