Clean and Considerate. Move in by August 14.

Hi,

I’m a postgraduate student graduating this summer and looking for a room in Edinburgh from 12 August onwards.

I’m tidy, respectful, and considerate of shared living spaces. I value a clean and peaceful home environment, am easy to get along with, and always mindful of other people’s privacy and routines.

My budget is £400 per month, although I may be able to be flexible within a reasonable range (+/-) for the right accommodation.

I’m open to sharing with existing tenants or forming a new house share with other like-minded people.
