I'm an Aussie PhD student living in the UK for at least a year. I just moved here like a week ago and am currently living in student accommodation I definitely can't afford for long (my contract here ends in September but I'm happy to move out earlier!)
Looking to join a household of people around a similar age and hopefully form some good friendships with! I'm clean, quiet and respectful of people's space and comfort, but having said that I would love to be able to hang out with my fellow housemates and bond over the state of the world or whatever. Ideally looking to be within a 30 min walk or so of the UoM as I have already spent 7 years with a long commute in Melbourne and would love to get my steps in.
