Seeking a peaceful home :)

I'm a IT professional working near Emersons Green, looking for a relaxed, peaceful place to call home (ideally with a bit of a garden!)

When I'm not working, you will find me playing tennis, catching a movie, or hanging out with friends in nature. I don't drink or smoke, and I spend a fair bit of time studying for my IT exams, so I really value a calm, quiet house in the evenings. I'm naturally tidy, clean up after myself in shared spaces, and I'm mindful of other people's sleep schedules. It would be great to find someone else who also values their sleep :)

I'm looking to find a chilled house share or a "buddy up" with another professional to rent a whole place. A straightforward commute to Emersons Green is a big bonus for me right now.
