Double Room Needed

Double Room needed - preferably with an ensuite and a door that locks, and all bills included as I am currently homeless with no fixed address. I would consider renting a room whilst I look for a 1 bedroom flat or self contained studio within the Greenwich/Blackheath/Woolwich area - I would look to stay in the room for a minimum of 6 months to a year or for as long as it takes to find my own place. So please do consider my application! I am a member of the LGBT community so safety is of the upmost importance to me however the room does not need to be in a LGBT household - just in a decent household that respects other people that may be different to them. My budget is inline with the LHA so depending on post code I can afford to cover the rent with my DSS payments, I am registered self employed as a Fashion Designer and I have my own brand that I am trying to make a success of - which will hopefully make me enough money to buy my own place in the near future.. here’s hoping! But I do also work as a concierge when I am working a day job and would be working 12 hours shifts, 4on 4off during the day - however right now I am self employed and looking for another day job to help me find suitable accommodation.
