My husband and I are looking for a studio apartment in August!
Our budget is £1300, including bills.
We are happy to live anywhere in zones 1-3 in London.
I am employed full time as a music teacher in Primary schools. My husband is currently in school.
We are quiet, clean, and have been renting for 2 years already in the UK so can provide references.
We are hoping to have our own place/have a studio, but if the place was right we would consider having a flat mate for the right space.
