Looking for my next home

I'm 25, and my current tenancy is nearing its end in North London so I figured I'd move a bit closer to the city, I'm excited to find the right place.

I work in finance near Liverpool street and like to shorten my commute and find a place to call home

I'm tidy and always clean up after my self, I don't wait until the situation gets "bad enough" to warrant a tidy up.

When home I'm either working or studying to finish my accountancy qualification so I'm as quiet of a room-mate as you can get. I don't listen to music out loud and rarely talk on the phone. I'm sociable but also like my alone time.

my hobbies:
I'm into a lot of sports but mainly cycling so most Saturdays I'll spend exploring the nearby areas and killing my legs. Beyond that I love cooking and have a lot of kitchen gadgets to aid me. I also love playing boardgames and when I can I try to organise some games nights with friends
