Looking for a room to rent

Hi, I have received a job offer and will be looking to move soon to be able to start the job.

I am a 24 year old female who works full time in retail as well as being a part time student with the open university. My monthly income will be between £1650-£1750 after tax.

I would prefer to live with only women, I would be looking to move between 2-4 weeks depending on my start date. I have lived with family and have paid a small amount of rent to live with them (£300 a month) however I do have evidence of payslips, paying off phone bills, car insurance etc to prove my ability to pay for things on time.
