Hi, I’m Luisa, and I’m looking for a bright, comfortable place with 1-2 female flatmates (and ideally close to some green space)!

I’m a freelancer in both the creative and international development worlds. Originally from the Washington DC area, I’ve lived in London for 6 years now. I’m currently based in Fulham but have also lived north and south and am quite open about where to move next.

I value flatmates who are interested in being friends and socializing together, both at home and outside, but I likewise enjoy spending time on my own. I’m a very neat person and considerate about keeping communal areas tidy and noise to appropriate levels. I value open communication and consensus-based decision-making when it comes to household wants and needs.

I enjoy cooking, movie nights, parks walks, pub quizzes, long chats on the sofa, short chats in the hallway, and hosting the occasional dinner with friends!

I work from home most of the week and love to venture out to nearby libraries and cafés. I’m thinking of getting a bike soon and would love a place that has a decent bike storage situation.
