Clean and respectful flatmate wanted for Glasgow

Hi, I’m Ojas, 23, currently completing my MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde. My course finishes in August, and my current student accommodation contract ends around mid-August, so I’m looking for a room or someone to team up with for a two-bedroom flat from around that time.

My budget is ideally £400–£500 per month, with £500 being my maximum. I would prefer somewhere with bills included, although I’m also open to a property where gas, electricity, water and internet costs are reasonably low. I’m flexible about the area as long as it is safe and has good public transport links to Glasgow city centre and employment areas.

After completing my degree, I’ll be applying for full-time graduate engineering roles while continuing to work part-time in the meantime. I’m looking for a stable tenancy of approximately 6–12 months or longer.

I’m tidy, respectful and easygoing. I enjoy cooking, listening to music, exploring new places and occasionally socialising with flatmates, but I also value quiet time and respect personal space. Keeping the kitchen, bathroom and other shared areas clean is important to me.
