Hi! I'm a 23-year-old University of Leeds graduate (finishing this summer) looking for a room in a friendly house share, ideally around Hyde Park, Headingley or LS6/LS4 — close to the city and uni. Looking to move from early July, budget around £500–600/month including bills.
A bit about me: I'm tidy, quiet and easy to live with — sociable enough for a chat or a shared meal, but equally respectful of people's space and quiet time. I've rented throughout my studies and always paid rent on time and looked after the place. I'm currently lining up work after graduating.
