Looking for a room to rent

Hi there, I’m looking for something in Brighton (Around the train station and below) close enough via public transport to the apartment I just purchased (Queen’s Park Road) that I am waiting for it to close and then I am doing some renovations on it so I’m looking for an apartment as soon as June 25th for minimum three months.

I am originally from Los Angeles, California but left about 25 years ago and have been travelling the world for my career in television and film producing.

I’m currently doing a career pivot and have been coming here for the past year and a half for a program here and becoming a death Doula/end of Life companion. I’ve moved to Brighton specifically because of the community surrounding that and then obviously my program is based in the area.

I’m a very conscientious mindful housemate. Very cleanly, very respectful of property, personal, space, my environment. Definitely do my part and making sure that I do a weekly shop to help share with all the shared necessities for the house (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, laundry stuff, etc., I don’t need to be handheld or babysat. But also don’t mind socialisation if the person is open.

I’m looking just for myself, no pets, no boyfriends, no drama.
