Hi, I'm Joe — a friendly, easy-going 24-year-old starting full-time as a film projectionist in Soho.
I'm looking for a permanent room in South East London from [early September], ideally somewhere like Deptford, New Cross or nearby with a quick link into central London.
I'm clean, reliable and tidy, and I'd settle easily into either a quiet or a sociable house. I'm happy to be part of things or give people their space.
