I’m a 29-year-old young professional looking for a room or a buddy-up option, ideally in North or East London (though I’m flexible for the right spot!).

A quick breakdown of what I’m looking for:

Budget: £1,200 pcm (max, including bills)

Space & Furnishings: Ideally a spacious, unfurnished room (or semi-furnished), as I have a few pieces of my own furniture I’d love to bring along.

Work Setup: I WFH about 3 days a week, so a comfortable setup is a plus.

Vibe: A home with easy-going flatmates around a similar age who are keen to hang out, hit the pub, host game nights, or go hiking/climbing, while still respecting each other's quiet time.
