My name is Amelie, and I'm looking for accommodation for a 6-week internship in London, starting 28th June. I live in Whitstable, so unfortunately, it's just too far for me to commute without being absolutely shattered. Weekday-only rooms are ideal for me, as I'll want to go home on the weekends to see my parents and make the most of summer in my seaside town.
I'd be incredibly grateful if you'd consider my application, as I'm really struggling to find somewhere affordable, and it's been so stressful that I just want it sorted. I'm a kind, polite and conscientious young woman, currently studying at Oxford University, and would of course treat your home with the utmost care and respect. As I said, I'm starting work on the 28th of June, but if the room is only available from a later point, I'd be happy to wait. Please let me know if this is something you'd be able to help with.
