Seeking a room 2 to 3 nights per week

Hi there,

I'm seeking a room for short stays minimum 2 nights per week (maximum 3 nights) per week with another working professional (e. g. live in landlord) in close proximity to the University of Leeds.

I live in Manchester but work in Leeds and prefer to stay during the week (usually Tues to Thurs) commuting back on Thursdays or occasionaly Fridays.

In most cases I would stay two nights only but with advance notice, I may stay three which of course I would pay for the additional night. Ideally the cost would be circa £35 per night but am open to discussing depending on the property and location.
