Friendly roommate looking for a double room

Hey!
I'm a London-born girl and I am looking for a double room, preferably in South West London.

I have a maximum budget of £1,100 pcm. I'd like to have an en-suite room but don't mind sharing a bathroom. I would prefer to share with females, in a friendly flat share environment.

I work in a corporate role and usually head into the office a couple of times a week, working from home the rest of the time.

As far as what I'm like as a flat mate, I like to keep to myself but also socialise and have fun together on occasion. I'm the type to foster a positive vibe in the home, but I also know that people like their own space. I respect that, so even though we'd live together, I'm not the type to hang on to you. I'd also prefer the same, because there will be times I'll be out with my friends.

I rarely host house parties as I'm not a fan of too many people in my house at one time. A cute catch-up every now and again with mates is great, but I'll let you know first. I'd also prefer a roommate who mirrors this and is the type to let me know ahead of time if someone will be at home.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so I’m looking for people who feel the same way and are considerate about shared spaces. Sometimes, when I cook, I'll even leave you some as I often cook more than necessary.

Ultimately, I'm looking to join a home with a positive, young and fun environment. I'm also open to going on house-viewings with my matched buddies to look at whole properties.
