Hello there,

We’re Prateek and Juta, two working professionals looking for two spacious double rooms (en-suite is preferred but open to non en-suite options as well) in Manchester City Centre or nearby well-connected areas with easy access to either city centre.

Our ideal budget is £1,200–£1,400pcm with all bills included. We require parking and (en-suite is preferred but optional), good WiFi, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

- I’m Prateek, 38, a creative professional working in film and TV. I split my time between working on-site and working from home, so I’m looking for a room with enough space for a desk setup. I’m clean, reliable, friendly and prefer a calm home over a party house. I enjoy films, food, the gym, hiking, road trips, cooking and cultural events.

- Juta is 28, has a PhD in Philosophy and currently works in audit. She is active, tidy and friendly. Her biggest passion is dancing, especially Latin social dance. She also enjoys yoga, running and walking. She is looking for a spacious en-suite room and would prefer no carpeted floors.

We’re both respectful, clean and easy-going. We’re looking for a relaxed professional household with a quiet, mature atmosphere. Ideally, we’d like to live with other working professionals who are friendly but also respect personal space.

We are not looking for a large HMO, student-style accommodation or a party household.
