I am a mature female student pursuing a mid-life PhD. I am looking for a single or double ensuite room. I am available to move from 28/09/2026 and have a budget of £680-700 pm. I would prefer to share with (not more than 2) females, ideally between 25 and 55 years old. I would prefer to cook and like housemates who are friendly and share the house workload responsibly. I am not finicky about animals or guests as long as there is peace and quiet. I look forward to cross-cultural exchange and learning.
