Room or flat / house share / sit wanted

I'm a Londoner returning to study after a long professional career in media production.

I am at college one day a week in Hornsey, North London and have signifcant online study around that.

Currently not working but aim to work part time and have funds to cover rent / can prove income/ pay a lump sum if the situation is mutually desirable.

I am happy to be sociable but have my own life and am respectful of living in shared space. Occasional visits from my son who is at University studing Vet Medicine.
