Budget: Up to £550 pcm (bills included).
Location: Anywhere along the London-Brighton rail corridor would be ideal.
A "Deal": Given my flexible schedule, I am very open to an arrangement that helps out the household—whether that’s help with pets (I’m great with dogs!), garden maintenance, or assisting with other chores in exchange for a reduction in rent or a quiet space to work.
