Double Room Wanted – 4 Weeks in September

My friend and I are looking for a room to rent for 4 weeks in September.

We are both clean, quiet, respectful, and non-smokers. We will be spending most of our time at work/study and are looking for a comfortable place to stay.

We are prefer moving in at the start of September and would appreciate a furnished room with access to basic amenities.

Budget: £500–£600 per month, including bills.

Preferred Area: Leeds, preferably close to the University of Leeds and within easy walking or public transport distance to campus.
