Single occupancy room wanted in a shared flat

My name is Lilly, and I am a female graduate student currently completing my studies, which I will be done with by September 2026.

I am looking to move from my student accommodation into a fully furnished single-occupancy room in a friendly house share, with all bills included. My budget is up to £800 per month and I will like to move in from September 1st.

A little about me: I am a neat, considerate, and mindful tenant who takes good care of shared spaces. While I am naturally quite introverted, I am friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. I value a calm, clean, and comfortable home environment and get along well with people from different backgrounds.

I am ideally looking for a room in a safe neighbourhood in East or West London, with good transport links.
