I am an independent, focused second year undergraduate at SOAS looking for a private, self-contained, 1 bedroom Annex/Studio/apartment for the upcoming academic year. I plan on moving out in September 2027 for a mandatory academic year abroad, so I am looking for a 12 month tenancy.

Because of the competitiveness of my degree, I am only looking for studios that do not have shared spaces. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and value my environment.

I do not use a traditional family guarantor due to my legal estrangement status. I am looking for direct-to-landlord agreements or student providers who understand SFE structures.
