I'm a professional, 31, looking for a studio or double room with an en-suite in Reading or Oxford. I'm moving from Surrey in September or early October, with a budget of £1,300pcm. Happy to share with males or females of any age.

I'm a self-employed Property Services Contractor with a nationwide real estate operations company, and I'm training to be an estate agent. Alongside that I'm starting to teach piano in the evenings and at weekends, mostly online.

Outside of that, I'm usually playing piano (with headphones), composing, meditating, or doing breathwork. Wellbeing is a big part of my life, so I do yoga, run often, and play football every now and then. I love spending time in nature too.

I'm tidy, easy going and sociable. I'm looking for somewhere I can settle in properly and get to know the area.
